Ethan Hosea - Broker-Owner

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Process Engineering (Industrial & Systems) from Mississippi State University, was an intern at Toyota Mfg, and worked as a Production Coordinator for a innovative Government Contractor in Starkville. I started learning Real Estate with an amazing family after moving to Volusia County FL in 2017 doing Investment deals, Traditional Real Estate, and everything in-between. We had our first child in 2020 and decided to move back to Starkville, Mississippi to be close to Family in 2021. We have retained relationships & licensing in Volusia County Florida to still be able to service the area and are excited to branch out into the Mississippi counties of Choctaw, Clay, Lowndes, Noxubee, Oktibbeha, Webster and Winston!

I’ve been involved with 31 Traditional Residential Transactions (4.8 mil total vol), 29 Investor Deals (Incl. Foreclosure, REO, Wholesale, Seller Carry-Back Note), Oversaw $600k worth of renovations, and Managed 127 properties mixed commercial & residential leases. So rest assured I’ve seen a lot, handled a lot, and am ready to be your Solutions Engineer.

I am a native of Kosciusko, but have called Starkville home not once, but twice now. After finishing Nursing School at MUW in 2016, we moved to Central Florida where my nursing career began. While there, I realized how well nursing and real estate pair together. Everyone needs a place that they can retreat, to recharge after a long day, or heal from an illness or injury. I became a licensed real estate agent in Central Florida in the summer of 2021 after having our first daughter in 2020. We moved back to Starkville in December 2021. While continuing to practice nursing, I am now a licensed real estate agent in Mississippi as well. I understand that when it comes to HOME that it is not a “one size fits all” and I enjoy finding individual solutions to help make a space a perfect fit for an individual or family’s needs. Whether it is helping find a first home or updating your forever home to be able to age gracefully in, I would love to help you find your own “Cozy Hosea Home.”

My hobbies include home renovation projects ranging from kitchen and bathroom updates to a complete house gut and redesign, traveling anywhere, and chasing our 2 daughters in all of their adventures.

Why "Cozy Hosea [Ho-Z] Homes"?

My wife and I purchased our first home, a 1922 Craftsman-Style Bungalow. We have a Passion to invest in Young Adults and hosted college-aged students on a weekly basis at our home. It wasn’t long until one-by-one they would comment on how “Cozy” it felt. The name stuck and has been affectionately called “The Cozy Hosea” ever since.

You will see the outline of our house proudly displayed in our logo. We serve our clients so they too can experience their own Cozy Hosea Home!
